Partnering with Business to
1. Automate the business license process to reduce application time
2. Automate/streamline the permitting process
3. Make redevelopment of blighted properties affordable by a rewrite of the Development Standards resulting in 214 pages of changes
4. Rebalance the business/residential mix in the Cumberland area
5. Have Health Department prepare a three year plan to return to revenue neutral status allowing businesses to plan for rate increases
Partnering with the People to
1. Fight the continuing transfer of Water System revenue to the General Fund
2. Oppose the millage rate increase
3. Save $3 Million on the CCT Operator’s contract
4. Remove unnecessary 2011 SPLOST projects thus reducing the term to 4 years
5. Reduce county inefficiencies by creating the Citizens Oversight Committee
6. Reduce the number of DOT change orders resulting in reduced project cost
